Do I need a prescription to buy Sonovia?

No. The Sonovia is an over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid suitable for adults with mild to moderate hearing loss. No prescription, referral, or appointment is needed.

How do I know if it will fit my ear?

The Sonovia comes with three sizes of soft silicone ear tips (small, medium, large). Most adults find a comfortable fit with the medium tip. If not, try the others. It's simple to swap.

What level of hearing loss is it suitable for?

The Sonovia is designed for mild to moderate hearing loss: difficulty following conversations in noisy environments, needing higher TV volume, or frequently asking people to repeat themselves. It is not intended for severe or profound hearing loss.

How long does the battery last?

Each hearing aid lasts up to 20 hours on a single charge. The included charging case holds 3 full charges per aid, giving you over 60 hours of use before you need a power socket.
